  Mridula Jaiswal is an Indian politician and the current Varanasi Mayor, Uttar Pradesh. Jaiswal is a Bharatiya Janata Party lawmaker. In 2017, she turned into the mayor of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. In the enterprise political decision, she defeated Indian National Congress competitor Shalini Yadav by an edge of 78,843 votes.
